Activity description :

Come and discover ceramics, and in particular the technique of modeling, in the company of Audrey in her workshop set up in an art gallery in Suresnes in the Hauts-de-Seine department.

You'll create a stoneware bowl, from modeling to decoration, in a 2-hour workshop.

Course of the workshop (2h):

You'll work with smooth white stoneware and learn the colombin technique to make your bowl.
Once you've made your objects, you'll learn how to decorate them with slip. The hardest part will be choosing the color!
Audrey will take care of firing and glazing your objects. You'll be able to pick them up about 5 weeks after your workshop.

Make sure you wear an outfit that won't get dirty. If you can, remember to bring your own apron.
It's also best to keep your fingernails short and your hair tied back.
