Flying a microlight in Charente-Maritime: ideal

Departing from Marennes, you'll fly over the Ile d'Oléron and the surrounding area for a truly exceptional experience. During your initiation, you'll catch a glimpse of the mythical Fort Boyard, the oyster basins and the marshes. All with a little dose of adrenalin from the sensations of flight offered by the seaplane.

Course of the flight :

• Meet at Marennes airfield: welcome and pick-up by your pilot.
• Briefing to discover how the aircraft works, the flight controls and the fundamentals of piloting: attitude, trajectory, power management and safety in flight.
• Boarding and take-off for a flight lasting approximately 30 to 50 minutes, depending on the package chosen.
• You'll take control of the aircraft, while being supervised by the instructor pilot. You'll learn to maintain heading, manage turns, control altitude and experience the real sensations of flying in an exceptional environment.
• Descent phase, landing & debriefing with your pilot.

Options :

• Approx. 1h (approx. 30 min briefing + approx. 30 min flight): fly over Ile d'Oléron, Fort Boyard, Ile d'Aix, Ile Madame.
• Approx. 1h20 (approx. 30 min briefing + approx. 50 min flight time): fly over the Ile d'Oléron, Fort Boyard, Ile d'Aix, Ile Madame, Fort Louvois to see the oyster beds.
