Activity description :

During this ultralight flight, you will learn the basics of driving a hang glider: pedagogical flight and initiation to control. The ULM Pendular is a two-seater ultralight aircraft with a delta wing, similar to hang gliding.

Flight over the Gironde in a microlight: perfect for an introduction to flying

During this initiation to flying a pendular microlight from the La Réole aerodrome, you will fly over the Canal du Midi and the Garonne. You will also have the opportunity to discover the numerous castles of the region from the sky.

Course of the initiation :

• Welcome at the ultralight base located at about twenty kilometres from Marmande: briefing, safety instructions and flight protocol.
• Board the microlight and take off for a 30 minute flight.
• On the programme: lap exercises, low angle flight, simulated engine failure, touch and go and steep turns.
• Approach phase, soft landing and debriefing with your instructor pilot.
