Introduction to the potter's wheel in Paris 20th district

Aurore welcomes you to the 20th arrondissement of Paris, just a stone's throw from Nation, for an introduction to potter's wheel throwing! Take the time to switch off for a few hours and get your hands dirty!

Course of the workshop (2h30) :

• Demonstration of the various stages involved in turning a cylinder
• Experiment with different shaping techniques using several stoneware balls
• Choice of color (glaze) for the pieces from among the available choices
• Cleaning of lathe and equipment
• Aurore will take care of firing and glazing your piece, which you'll pick up a few weeks later.
