Francine is very kind and friendly, and we were treated like princesses. The massage chair offers excellent massages. However, there was a slight misunderstanding: the Head Spa and the massage chair are two different services. The Head Spa lasts 30 minutes and includes a scalp massage with oil and shampoo, followed by a 30-minute massage in the massage chair, before or after the Head Spa. It felt really good, but unfortunately we had to rewash our hair afterwards, as it was still very saturated with oil. In our opinion, two well-lathered shampoos would help eliminate the oil. Apart from this detail, nothing to complain about: we had a great time.
