• Discover the fundamentals of pastry-making & the techniques involved in your recipe of the day.
• You'll learn the basics of working with chocolate, including tempering, before making your own mini chocolate bars.
• Choice of chocolates, flavor combinations, inclusion of dried fruit or gourmet treats: everyone will be able to personalize their creations according to their desires.
• Everyone leaves with their own creations.
