The chef warmly welcomes you to her kitchen in Paris’s 14th arrondissement. She invites you to prepare savory or sweet dishes together, guiding you through each recipe. This will be your chance to learn how to cook with new ingredients and master some fundamental techniques useful in both cooking and baking.

Several options are available:

• Pastry Workshop: strawberry cake, raspberry cake, lemon meringue pie, cream puffs...
• Gourmet Workshop: starter/main course or main course/dessert with a drink. For example: vegetarian risotto, sweet potato curry, duck parmentier, rougail with sausage, moussaka...
• Gourmet Workshop: appetizer/main course/dessert with a drink

Workshop Schedule (3 hours):

• Welcome and explanation of the workshop schedule and the recipes you’ll be making
• 2 hours of cooking/baking depending on the package you choose
• 1 hour of tasting the dishes you’ve prepared
