• Explanation of the workshop and recipes: croissant au beurre, pain au chocolat, croissant à la framboise.
• Practical part with realization of the recipe thanks to the wise advice of the baker.
• Drinks break and discussion (20 min)
• Finalization of the recipe (shaping and baking)
• Each participant leaves with his or her own creations and recipes.

You'll leave with your own golden viennoiseries, and all the tips you need to make them again at home.
