- Practical part with realization of the recipe thanks to the wise advice of the baker.
- Drinks break and discussion (20 min)
- Finalization of the recipe (shaping and baking)
- Each participant leaves with his or her own creations and recipes.
You'll leave with your own golden viennoiseries, and all the tips you need to make them again at home.
