Course outline (2h30) :

Discover the fundamentals of pastry-making & the techniques involved in your recipe of the day.
We'll take you through all the steps involved in preparing your strawberry cake : soft sponge cake, smooth cream and assembly.
Each family will make several individual fraisiers, which they can personalize as they wish.
