The chef welcomes you in a friendly atmosphere to her workshop in the 14th arrondissement of Paris. She'll help you create a delicious fraisier, a classic French pastry. This will be an opportunity for you to master some of the fundamental gestures useful in pastry-making.
Course outline (2h30) :
- Discover the fundamentals of pastry-making & the techniques involved in your recipe of the day.
- We'll take you through all the steps involved in preparing your strawberry cake : soft sponge cake, smooth cream and assembly.
- Each family will make several individual fraisiers, which they can personalize as they wish.
