The chef welcomes you to her friendly workshop in Paris's 14th arrondissement. She'll help you make delicious macaroons. This will be an opportunity for you to learn how to master some fundamental gestures useful in pastry-making.

Course outline (2h30) :

• Preparation of the meringue, a fundamental step in obtaining even shells.
• You'll learn how to make a precise macaronage, recognize the right texture of the mixture and use a piping bag to poach even shells.
• After resting and baking, you'll observe the formation of the characteristic macaroon collar.
• Meanwhile, you can prepare a gourmet filling.
• Once the shells have cooled, you'll fill and assemble your macaroons.
• The workshop ends with a convivial tasting session.
• You'll leave with your creations, boxes for easy transport and simple techniques to reproduce at home.
