We arrived but there were bookings for the same category, so we had to wait over an hour to get access to the SPA. At the SPA, the cleanliness of the jaccuzi was questionable, we had to call the staff back to start up the sauna, and there were no toilets or mirrors in the private SPA. In short, it was anything but a moment of relaxation.
