Treat yourself to a wellness break during a lymphatic drainage session near Caen with Frédérique, a certified practitioner, who performs gentle, rhythmic, pumping movements with her hands, using a variety of pressures.

Several formulas are available:

• Belly Drainage (30 min): boosts and accelerates metabolism, eliminates accumulated toxins, improves the feeling of a bloated belly.
• Lower limb drainage (1h): front and back legs, eliminates accumulated toxins and cellulite, improves skin appearance and sports recovery.
• Upper limb drainage (1h): stomach, arms and face, boosts and accelerates metabolism, eliminates accumulated toxins.
