Several formulas are available:

• Manual lymphatic drainage (1h): To respect the anatomy and physiology of the lymphatic network on the surface of the skin, my technique is very gentle: my fingers and the palm of my hand follow the direction of lymph circulation with extremely light pressure. These slow, precise and regular movements all over the body help eliminate toxins accumulated in the lymphatic circuit.
• SOS heavy legs - Drainage: lymph, liver, spleen, kidneys (1h): This drainage treatment helps relieve feelings of heaviness in the legs. My technique respects the anatomy of the lymphatic network: gentle, slow and precise gestures, without oil or cream, with extremely light pressure. We work for 15-20 minutes per leg, with the option of using AKWATERRA elements filled with cold water to amplify the benefits. A visceral focus then supports the liver, spleen and kidneys via deep abdominal maneuvers, to release unwanted substances out of the body.
