Chef Jean-Yves offers you a 1h30 lesson to learn how to make superb macaroons, right in the heart of Paris.
Course of the workshop (1h30):
- You'll learn how to measure precisely to obtain the perfect texture.
- You'll learn to master the art of macaronage
- You'll learn how to use a piping bag to obtain the right size shapes.
- You'll let your creativity run free to create a filling that reflects your image.
During this workshop, the chef will share his knowledge with you and guide you step-by-step in the creation of these sumptuous macaroons. At the end of the session, you'll enjoy a champagne tasting.
