The Illis Institute has selected a range of massages renowned for their therapeutic virtues. Our practitioners will do their utmost to ensure that you experience a moment of pure well-being. A moment of relaxation that will take you far away from everyday stress.

Several formulas are available:

• Tailor-made massage (1h): this massage will help you to release tension, free blockages and improve the circulation of QI in the meridians. During this massage, the various stretches used improve joint flexibility and release toxins through a deep muscle massage.
• Heavy legs massage (1h): ideal for those suffering from venous insufficiency. The intensity of its movements promotes venous return and reduces edema in legs that are sensitive to palpation. Massage is performed with a cold gel.
• Special back and neck massage (50 min.): this therapeutic treatment eliminates muscular tension and improves blood circulation in the back, shoulders and neck. It ends with a cupping massage along the paravertebral muscles.
• Foot reflexology (40 min): a foot massage of Chinese origin. Each foot zone corresponds to an organ or body part. A specific touch locates and releases tensions.
• Abdominal massage (50 min): a slow, deep massage of the internal organs, to improve digestion and intestinal flora. It softens, relaxes, releases tension and toxins, relieves menstrual pain and improves respiratory capacity.

Massage is one of the most ancient of therapies, and part of the tradition of many peoples. It can offer you time for self-reflection and a new awareness of your own identity. Whether you choose to enjoy it or give it as a gift, you'll leave feeling fulfilled and soothed!
