• Hot stone massage (1h) : stones are heated to a comfortable temperature and placed on specific points of the body, Maryam will then gently massage the muscles.

• Californian massage (1h) : gentle pressure and enveloping movements are used to induce deep relaxation.
• Relaxing massage (30min ): personalized massage, with gentle, fluid movements.
