Relax with a massaging siesta in the heart of Paris. Zen Bar, the world's first siesta bar, is dedicated to providing you with a moment of timeless relaxation.
Several formulas are available (35min):
- Fauteuil - Zen Gravity: an enveloping, cocooning seat that adapts to your morphology for an integrated, high-quality massage. Once you've settled in, take a timeless journey.
- Shiatsu bed: a bed designed to soothe your trapezius muscles, the bed is fitted with massaging heated jade rollers. The whole body feels the sensations. The relaxing effect is immediate.
During the various sessions, you'll have headphones with soothing music for maximum well-being.
A short nap of around 30 minutes has been shown to improve attention and productivity. Come and recharge your batteries in these cocooning spaces. You'll emerge relaxed, leaving you with a real sense of fulfillment.

A bohneur! Me and my best friend tried out the massaging seat. A real moment of relaxation and soothing. The little extra was a foot massage with a Zen massager with springs. The manager is adorable, as are her colleagues, who take great care of us. I'll be back very soon.
