Course of the activity (2h):

• Meet at the agreed starting point, where your guide will welcome you and provide you with all the equipment you need for Nordic walking.
• Receive a brief introduction to Nordic walking, including basic technique and health benefits before beginning your Nordic walk along the coastal paths of the Côte Bleue, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Mediterranean.
• Follow your guide along winding paths offering breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and craggy cliffs. Explore the secluded coves, pebble beaches and wild landscapes of the Côte Bleue, discovering its unique flora and fauna.
• Stop regularly to admire the spectacular panoramas, and enjoy a gourmet break to hydrate and taste a local specialty.
