The tasting and the oenologist's sharing of his craft were very interesting. I learned a lot. However, there were a few things I didn't like. There weren't enough tables for the number of us. There were no vegan options in the petits fours. The oenologist was quite scattered in his speech, going beyond his role: bad-mouthing partners, talking about the situation of winegrowers and spreading his right-wing political ideas. A very chauvinistic speech and contempt for China (bordering on xenophobia).

A great time of sharing and conviviality

We had booked this course to discover wines as beginners. The day before, we were informed that the theme would focus on effervescent ("bubbly") wines. The content of the course turned out to be quite technical, more suited to people who already had some knowledge of oenology. What's more, the beverages offered for tasting didn't really convince even the most experienced participants. As a result, no one made a purchase at the end of the session, and the group as a whole remained rather disappointed. On a positive note: the atmosphere was pleasant, the instructor was friendly and the catered food was very good.

A disappointing experience, not at all in keeping with what was on offer. The setting was not at all pleasant, with limited space and an ugly building. (Arôme et passion) I don't recommend it and I won't do it again.
