Immerse yourself in the tradition of artisan breadmaking with Fabien, at the heart of the Bel Air mill, a place steeped in history. In an authentic atmosphere, discover the techniques of yesteryear and learn how to make your own bread from ancient organic wheat.

Workshop schedule (3h) :

• Welcome and introduction: presentation of the site, ingredients and the basics of baking know-how.
• Discovering the equipment: explore the traditional machines and tools used to make bread.
• Preparation and kneading: the key steps are carried out by hand, from mixing the ingredients to kneading.
• Bread shaping: learn how to shape your loaves using traditional techniques.
• Personalized guidance: advice throughout the workshop to help you master the right gestures and understand the process.

You'll leave with two large loaves of bread ready to bake at home, as well as technical data sheets for reproducing this authentic experience at home.
