This course will introduce you to a cuisine combining French tradition and Japanese refinement. During the workshop, you'll travel to Tokyo to learn how to create a complete menu inspired by the Land of the Rising Sun, revisited in the French style. Balance, precision and harmony of flavors will be at the heart of this exotic culinary experience.

Course outline (2h) :

• Suggested menu: chicken and shrimp gyozas, golden brown, homemade teriyaki sauce + sesame and wasabi crusted fish fillet, sautéed rice with pineapple + matcha tea cheesecake, mango-passion coulis.
• You'll be introduced to a range of culinary techniques: folding gyozas, mastering cooking techniques, working with sweet and savory flavors and creating a delicate, well-balanced dessert...
• The chef's advice will accompany you throughout the workshop, enabling you to easily reproduce these recipes at home.
