This class will introduce you to the emblematic flavors of India through a colorful and spicy workshop. You'll create a complete menu featuring a balance of sweetness, intensity and exotic aromas, for a culinary journey that will awaken your senses with every bite.

Course outline (2h) :

• Suggested menu: crispy coconut potatoes, mint-peanut chutney + butter chicken, melting chicken and creamy sweet-spice sauce + chhena poda, fresh cheese dessert flavored with cardamom and pistachios, rose syrup.
• You'll be introduced to a range of culinary techniques: working with spices, preparing sauces and mastering cooking techniques to create dishes rich in flavor.
• The chef's advice will accompany you throughout the workshop, enabling you to easily reproduce these recipes at home.
