In this course, you'll discover the flavors of Lebanon through a convivial workshop based around mezzé, an assortment of small hot and cold dishes to share with family and friends. You'll prepare several emblematic recipes, full of color, freshness and authentic aromas, for a true culinary voyage to the heart of the Middle East.

Course outline (2h) :

• Suggested menu: creamy hummus + fragrant baba ganousch + colorful Lebanese tabbouleh + oven-baked fatayers + homemade pita bread.
• You'll be introduced to a range of culinary techniques: working with pasta and vegetables, preparing tasty sauces and purées, mastering cooking techniques and textures.
• The chef's advice will accompany you throughout the workshop, enabling you to easily reproduce these recipes at home.
