Experience a gourmet immersion in Japanese tradition by making your own onigiri and preparing your own matcha tea alongside Sakura, chef, tea sommelier and cider producer, in the heart of Paris's 6th arrondissement.

Course of the workshop (1h30) :

• A friendly welcome with a cup of tea to begin this moment of sharing. Sakura introduces you to the basics of onigiri-making and the world of matcha tea.
• Creation of four onigiri, with a choice of different fillings: salmon, tuna or vegetarian options.
• Learn how to prepare matcha tea, using a bamboo whisk and a tea bowl, with authentic Japanese matcha.
• Taste your onigiri with matcha tea, on site or to take away as you wish.

Leave with your own delicious creations and a fine introduction to the gestures and flavors of Japanese tradition.
