Course of the workshop (1h30):

• Immerse yourself in theworld of cider by discovering its secrets, from the orchards to the different methods of production, supported by visual aids from the cider house.
• Learn to taste cider like an expert, identifying its balance, aromas, texture and particularities, far beyond the codes of wine.
• Explore a selection of four original ciders with Franco-Japanese influences, including creations with notes of yuzu or cherry blossom
• Live a food and cider pairing experience, tasting gourmet bites imagined by Sakura, renewed according to the season and the inspiration of the moment.
