Kanika and Vouthy welcome you to their tea room in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. The workshop is suitable for everyone, whatever your level of pastry skills. You'll learn how to make your own macaroons, which you can take home at the end of the workshop.

Course outline (2h):

During the 2-hour pastry workshop, participants make their own macaroons following the instructions and advice of the pastry chef. The ingredients used are organic (sugar), PDO (butter) and Label Rouge (eggs).
Macaroon shells and ganache.
Each participant makes around 15 macaroons, which they can decorate and personalize to their own taste.
While the macaroons are baking, participants enjoy a snack offered by the workshop in the pleasant setting of the tea room.
Finally, a suitcase box is provided for transporting the pastries.

Honestly, it was top-notch, well explained, good atmosphere in a small group, very instructive. It's hard to find places where you can learn how to make coques, and here it was perfectly well explained, even though it's not an easy thing to do. Some 40 macaroons were created, with absolutely exquisite ganaches of their own composition. I can't recommend it enough.

The macaroon workshop at macarong75017 was fantastic! Kanika is a real teacher, generous and passionate, and I had a great time learning difficult pastry techniques and getting lots of tips to make sure I succeeded. As a result, I left with around thirty sweet and savoury macaroons in a variety of flavours, and a great desire to repeat the experience at home! The macaroons are delicious, with the intense flavors of the products. It was perfect!

Workshops run from Wednesday to Sunday, 11am to 1pm and 3pm to 5pm.
