In the heart of Paris’s 6th arrondissement, learn how to make organic, vegetarian ramen that’s entirely homemade and free of chemical additives, as well as vegetarian onigiri. Sakura, a chef, tea sommelier, and cider maker, will guide you step by step throughout the workshop.

Workshop itinerary (2 hours):

• A warm welcome with a complimentary tea tasting
• Prepare the vegetarian ramen broth from scratch and gather the ingredients for your bowl.
• Making 3 to 4 vegetarian onigiri made with rice and seaweed, with fillings of your choice.
• Cooking the ramen noodles, then assembling your bowl with the broth and prepared ingredients.
• Enjoy your meal on-site, and take home any leftovers.
