Abdel invites you to discover Asian cuisine during this 2-hour class, where you'll create a 3-course Voyage à Pékin menu with delicious Chinese flavors.
The team welcomes you to its workshop in the heart of Nantes, near Place Royale, for a convivial gourmet session.
Course (2h) :
- Suggested menu: egg rolls + Peking duck with sweet chili & sautéed Chinese cabbage + almond pudding & lychee-kumquat salad
- Learn more about Asian ingredients and how to use and prepare them.
- The chef's advice will accompany you throughout the workshop to ensure your meal is a success.
- You'll leave with your own dishes to enjoy at home (packaging provided).
