Pottery workshop in Chambéry (73)

Anne-Hélène invites you to her studio in Lyon for a 3-day ceramics workshop. This workshop is open to all levels of experience, beginners and advanced. You'll have the opportunity to learn the rudiments of the potter's wheel, as well as a number of other techniques.

Workshop schedule (5h/day) :

• Hours: 10am-12:30pm / 1:30pm-4pm, i.e. 5h/day (with 1h lunch break) and 15h of practice in total.
• The 1st day is devoted to turning.
• On the 2nd day, you'll discover tournassage (the step where the foot is sculpted).
• Day 3 enables you to create engobe decorations (colored or uncolored liquid clay).
• Anne-Helène will take care of firing and glazing your pieces (around 6 to 8 pieces).
• You'll get your pieces back a few weeks later.
