Course of the activity (3h + lunch 1h30) :
- The menu will be chosen at the time of booking, and you'll have a choice of several courses.
- Presentation of techniques, ingredients and chef's tips.
- Once all the dishes have been prepared, you'll enjoy a sit-down meal during which you'll taste your creations in a convivial atmosphere.
