The Durance is a large river formed by numerous glacial torrents, making it ideal for a first whitewater experience. It features large, impressive but relatively easy wave trains.
Your guide: you will be accompanied by Ugo or a member of his team. All our guides are state-qualified and guarantee your safety throughout the descent.
On the day of your outing, you'll be welcomed by the team, who'll give you a briefing on safety and the rules to follow. Your instructor will also give you your equipment, and then you'll board your raft for a 3-hour descent. The return trip is by shuttle bus.
