Rafting & Mini-Raft on the Var

Guided tour - Duration 2h to 4h - Class II to III river - From 6 years old

Rafting is white-water adventure! With its rapids, adrenalin and team spirit, this activity is practiced on two types of craft: the classic raft (3 to 8 seats) or the ultra-maneuverable mini-raft(2 to 3 adults), both specially designed for whitewater.

Your guide: she accompanies you throughout the descent, gives you propulsion and steering instructions, and looks after your safety.

How does it work?

• When you arrive, you'll be given your individual equipment and logistics will be organized.
• Then dry gear is deposited in the guide's vehicle (to be retrieved on arrival).
• Pre-shuttle: a participant follows the guide by car to drop off his vehicle at the bottom of the course (≈ 20 min).
• Briefing: 15 min to present the course, equipment, navigation and safety instructions.
• 🚣 Descent: navigation to the finish point, with swimming breaks and short paddle schools.
• After the activity: recovery of dry goods, reloading of equipment, then shuttle back to pick up vehicles.

Ideal for a convivial adventure, rafting is accessible to all: alone, with family or friends, or for an EVG/EVJF. You can also enjoy a swim during the descent!
