Experience the thrill of white water rafting down the Verdon. In a group of up to 8 people, aboard an inflatable boat, you'll discover the thrills of rafting in a magnificent landscape.
Guided tour - 2h30 - Distance: approx. 14 km - Class II/III river - From 8 years upwards
You'll set off from Castellane, at the entrance to the Gorges du Verdon in the Alpes de Haute Provence. The route, which is only possible on days when the dam is open upstream, takes you through a succession of rapids and flats. Arrive at Pont de Soleil and return to base by minibus.
Your guide: you will be accompanied by Pascal or a member of his team. All our instructors are experienced and qualified guides. They will ensure your safety throughout the descent.
Meet at the Castellane swimming pool for a briefing on the safety instructions to be followed during your descent. Your guide will give you your equipment and teach you the basics of rafting. Then you're off for a thrilling descent. Return to the starting point by minibus.
