If you don't know about the existence of certain edible plants, Thibault is an expert on the subject! He invites you to come and enjoy a day out with family and friends, combining a natural escape game, cooking and tasting.

Course of the day (6h):

• The day begins with anecologically-themed natural escape game.
  • You'll pick edible and little-known plants (e.g. Hogweed, Sedum spectabile...).
  • You'lllearn how these wild plants contribute to biodiversity, and how integratingthem into our diet can support our food resilience.
• You'll continue with a cooking workshop session, in whichyou'lllearn how to prepare tasty dishes using your harvest of surprising plants.
• Finally, enjoy your culinary creations over a convivial meal.

Permaculture, food, sharing and caring will be the focus of this day.
