Book a reflexology session with Stéphanie. Through this technique, her aim is to soothe you, both physically and emotionally, allowing you to approach your daily life with gentleness and harmony. Each session becomes a space for exchange and listening, where words flow freely, without judgment.

Several formulas are available:

• Foot reflexology (1h ): massage and pressure on the whole foot to help you let go and relax. This is followed by stimulation of reflex pathways using thumbs and fingers.
• Facial reflexology (25min) : gentle pressure on the whole body, to gauge your state and gently tame your body.
• Combined foot and face reflexology (1 h15 ): pressure and massage on feet and face.
