We tried it out with our friends and loved our spa experience. The welcome was very warm and professional. Very well-kept place, impeccable cleanliness during our visit. Friendly staff. The only downside was the reminders of time remaining, which could have been done differently.

Great service, it's a little smaller than I expected but it's understandable cuz it's located in Paris. We had lime water and a cocktail for free, you have a little menu and when you are ready to order you can ring the bell, they will come right away. It supposed to be an hour and half but we actually stayed for like 2 hours I guess. Just at the end we only had 15 minutes to dry our hair, I had to rush but overall it was good

Perfect for jet lag! We had a lovely time in the spa!!!! The rooms and pool were lovely and we all napped in the salt room at the end! We ended up not getting our cocktails, as we arrived before the bartender, but that's ok, as we probably would have slept too long! Highly recommend!

Thank you for your warm welcome and the ice cream prepared for the hammam!!! Suggestions: fix the clock in the salt cave, put some light back in the shower on the left, inform about the products in the shower, warn about the male-female mix and to bring a comb or a hairbrush and answer the bells when you need to be informed. Music in the salt cave would be sufficient and even more appreciated! The Karukina cocktail was very good!
