Discover the secrets of French gastronomy with Émilie, a passionate chef and teacher, during a gourmet and accessible workshop. In a small group, you'll create a complete menu using fresh, local and seasonal produce, while exploring the fundamentals of classic cuisine.

Workshop schedule (3h) :

• Welcome to Émilie's workshop, presentation of the day's menu (confirmed at the time of booking) and distribution of roles according to each participant's desires and level.
• Preparation of a meal in three stages (starter, main course, dessert) following the chef's advice. You'll learn at least four essential techniques of French cuisine : cutting (such as raising supremes or chiseling), cooking (searing, steaming, low-temperature...), a classic sauce and homemade pastry (shortcrust, shortbread or choux pastry).
• Émilie accompanies you every step of the way, sharing precise gestures, tricks of the trade and tips for sublimating your dishes with simplicity.
• The class concludes with a convivial meal, accompanied by a carefully selected glass of wine.
