An ambassador for the Provencal art of living, the Bastide du Laval mill is a family-run estate located in the heart of the Luberon Regional Nature Park, 30 minutes north ofAix-en-Provence.

You'll have the opportunity to discover a modern olive oil mill, its machinery and extraction methods.

Course of the activity (45min) :

• Welcome by the Bastide du Laval mill team
• This self-guided tour uses explanatory panels and/or an audio guide that you can download onto your mobile phone.
• This will be followed by a commented tasting ofolive oils (fruité vert, fruité mûr, fruité olives maturées and aromatized olive oils), as well asother products (olives, spreads and wines).
• At the end of the tour, you'll be offered a spread (tapenade or olivade) or a bottle of wine (rosé, white or red).
• You can extend your visit with a stroll through an olive grove overlooking the Luberon.
