I met attentive, caring staff, so very professional in my opinion. I was provided with a towel and bathrobe. I had something to wear in the spa, but if I didn't, the staff could provide that too. The spa area has a cocooning feel with its small size, decor, soft melody and services. I first entered the changing room, where there are lockers with codes to store my belongings. Just lock the door to change. On the way out, I found a space in the corridor where I could drink tempered water or lemonade. Moving on, on the left, I found a space for working out (not tested), with soft, relaxing music on a large screen showing a picture of nature. On the right, a relaxation area with deckchairs, and further on a shower, hammam and sauna in a secluded corner (you have to ask the staff to turn these on first). Then, opposite, a glass door leads to the small pool and a room that also invites relaxation. In the pool, customers can choose between a whirlpool bath, waves for swimming against the current, or a calm pool with no options. The water was warm. The whirlpool had jets that worked well on one side and malfunctioned on the other. But there are few people at a time. Perhaps because the 2-hour booking slots limit the number of people in the spa for a better experience. So I was able to choose the seat that suited me. Secondly, not all the lights came on, and there was rust in some places in the whirlpool area. The last point, perhaps the most disturbing, was that I couldn't find a toilet inside the spa. Either there aren't any, or I didn't see them (and yet I looked). Despite these details, I came away completely relaxed, soothed, and I'll definitely be going back. In fact, this spa's small size, professional staff and small number of customers at any one time make it the ideal experience for a wellness break.
