Become a pastry chef for an afternoon! Bake a delicious tart with apples from the Vergers de Jagny orchards, help bake it in the wood-fired oven, and enjoy it together.

Come join us for the Apple and Market Gardening Festival on Saturday, September 26, and Sunday, September 27, at the Ferme de Gally in Saint Denis, where you can take part in a special workshop featuring collaborative baking, wood-fired oven cooking, and a tasting of the farm’s apple pie!
For about an hour, the children will work together to prepare an apple pie, which they’ll help place in the wood-fired oven for traditional baking. They’ll wrap up the workshop by tasting their delicious creation alongside their fellow apprentice bakers!

All the steps needed to make 2 large apple tarts. Peeling apples for compote and tart. Preparing the shortcrust pastry. All The children get to work! And baking in a bread pan. A great time and a delicious tart.

Great discovery of wood-fired cooking in a pizza oven. Equipment that my child had never had the opportunity to use. The number of children was not too large, allowing all the children to take an active part in creating the pie.

Everything was perfect, the animators are top notch, superb workshops and animal care, our children love coming to the Saint Denis farm, we'll be back again and again.
