Discover the magic of cheese pairing with a passionate cheesemaker in a warm and friendly atmosphere. In this workshop, cheese becomes the star of 5 unusual cheese & spirit pairings!

For each cheese, participants will use their senses to discover the type of milk, maturation and region of the cheeses!

Workshop schedule (2h):

• Welcome and introduction to the activity
• 5 surprising cheese & spirits pairings (whisky, gin, limoncello...)
• 2 fun activities around cheese (Blind aroma recognition & Quiz terroir)
• Regional charcuterie platters / vegetarian platters
• 1 cheese to be won!
