Ticket for the Ballon de Paris Generali

Poor organization, incomprehensible timetables, unfriendly staff, I don't recommend it at all. Buy 4 tickets from September to January I could not use them because they announce the opening at the last minute and closes at 13h or 15h and refuses to extend even to honor tickets purchased in advance so if the closure is at 13h from 12 no more customers .... never seen that no museum or attraction closes in advance and right on time especially if tickets are already purchased ..... A big zero 100€ down the drain...

What a shame! When we got there, the entertainment had stopped because of the wind. I'm sorry I wasn't informed. I hope to be able to participate later under better conditions.

Paris as seen from the blue sky! On a sunny Saturday morning in March, few people and no waiting. You can take a 360° ride in the gondola to enjoy the panoramic view. Impressive view of the Seine and the whole city from 150m above sea level (rapid ascent). We only wish it could have lasted a little longer, so we could enjoy the view with the naked eye, binoculars and photos.

It was good, but far too fast. No sooner up than down again.

Easy to find, warm and friendly! My friend and I had the good fortune to fall on a Tuesday morning: we had the balloon ride literally all to ourselves! We'd do it again. I'd recommend
