• A stroll through the vineyards to discover biodynamic practices, the observation of lunar rhythms and the use of natural preparations that nourish the soil and the vines.
• Discover Alsace's terroirs and grape varieties
• Visit of the winery and bioclimaticcellar, explanation of the winemaking stages using indigenous yeasts, spontaneous fermentations and ageing without inputs or filtration.
• Commented tasting of a minimum of 5 wines
