Come and discover the pleasure of water trekking in one of the Lot's most beautiful canyons, with family or friends, starting from Laroquebrou. You'll be supervised by a professional, state-qualified instructor who'll be delighted to pass on his passion!

Aquatic trekking: also known as aqua trekking, this activity involves descending a river in special equipment. Neoprene wetsuits and sneakers allow you to evolve in the middle of the river. Overcoming obstacles and alternating between walking and swimming make this outdoor activity a real pleasure! This activity is a derivative of canyoning.

The Lamativie canyon is located on one of the tributaries of the Cère, the Escaumel. The site allows you to move without ropes above and below the Vieyre waterfall, giving access to numerous jumps from one bank to the other, as well as a superb slide from the top of the big waterfall.

Your guide: you'll be accompanied by a state-certified guide/instructor.

How does it work?

After an equipment session and briefing, you'll enjoy the aqua-hike, starting at 1:30pm.

The activity is open to children aged 10 and over. Although it's a physical and sporting activity, with a steep return walk, there's no need to jump or slide during the activity.
