Emmanuel, a passionate pastry chef, offers you a one-hour workshop in which you'll make delicious madeleines! You'll make this traditional French cake in a friendly atmosphere!
Course of the workshop (1h) :
- Short history of the madeleine and anecdote about Proust's madeleine.
- Presentation of all the ingredients needed for the recipe (butter, eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice, baking powder, milk).
- Emmanuel will give you tips on how to make your own madeleines.
- Each participant will leave with a small box of madeleines and the printed recipe.
This workshop is ideal for those wishing to discover the richness of patisserie in a friendly, good-humored atmosphere! To enjoy or to give as a gift!

One-hour activity The workshop is on the 5th floor (no elevator). You'll be greeted by the chef 🧑🍳, who offers 3 workshops: choux à la crème, fondants and madeleines. I chose madeleines. The chef begins with the history of the madeleine. The madeleines recipe is easy, so it's accessible to everyone: adults and children alike. You can easily repeat the recipe at home, and leave with a box of 10 madeleines to enjoy.
