Activity description :

Learn how to make macaroons in the company of the best by booking the Macarons workshop offered by Galeries Lafayette. In their famous premises at 40 Boulevard Haussmann in Paris's 9th arrondissement, you'll spend 1h30 concocting these little delicacies.

Course (1h30):

Learn the tricks of the trade from a French pastry chef for successful macarons.
Learn how to make macaroons, from the shell to the ganache, and how to fill them with a piping bag.
Make at least 4 macaroons to eat in or take away.

Different times to make your own macaroons:

Monday, Tuesday and Friday at 10.30am, 2pm and 5pm.

The workshop is open to people aged 13 and over, and under-16s must be accompanied by an adult. Accompanying adults must also have an admission ticket.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Galeries Lafayette reserves the right to cancel the course. You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the start of the workshop for a full refund. After this time, the full amount will be charged.
