Activity description :

Discover apples in all their forms!

Discover all the secrets of apples through demonstrations, tastings and fun workshops, at the farm, for children and adults alike. Several workshops and demonstrations are scheduled for Saturday, September 23, from 10am to 6pm.

On the program for the day:

11 a.m. - Pastry workshop: Wood-fired apple tart! (reservation required)
- Become a pastry chef for a morning. In the wood-fired oven room at Ferme de Gally, share gourmet moments with the whole family.
- Make, bake and taste a farmhouse apple pie!
- For children, 12 places MAXIMUM(reservation required online or on site), duration: 45 min.
10.15 am and 5.15 pm: animal care
- Close contact with the farm's animals awakens the senses of young and old alike: enter one animal's enclosure, pet another...
  At 10.15am and 5.15pm, children help feed and care for the animals. It's an opportunity for them to understand their diet, animal production (milk and eggs) and animal life.

Continuous from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.: several workshops to discover and taste apples in all their forms:

Applesauce tasting
Workshop to make and taste apple juice from the press!
Make and taste your own smoothies with a bike-mixer

We didn't like the location, small and surrounded by towers. This urban farm bears no relation to the St Cyr farm, which is much more suitable for children.
