Apple and Vegetable Farming Festival at the Gally Farm in St-Denis

Discover apples in all their forms and the vegetables from our century-old farm!

Discover all the secrets of apples and the vegetables grown in our fields through tastings and fun workshops on the farm—for kids and adults alike!

Here’s what’s on the schedule for both days:

• From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.: Apple and vegetable tastings

Presentation and tasting of different apple varieties from our orchards (95) and the delicious vegetables carefully grown by our farmers (tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, bell peppers, kohlrabi, onions...) in Saint-Denis.

• From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.: Bulb planting

Become a gardener for a workshop where you’ll plant a bulb to take home—it’ll bloom into a flower!

• 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m., 4 p.m., 5 p.m., and 6 p.m.: Making and tasting fresh, artisanal apple juice

Learn how to make your own apple juice using the grugette and the press, then taste your delicious drink!

• 11 a.m., 3 p.m., and 6 p.m.: Tour of the animal pens (subject to change)

Come help our team feed our chickens, ducks, guinea fowl, turkey, sheep, and goats, and watch as we care for our donkey, Apache, and our horse, Raspail!

• 2:00 PM & 4:00 PM: Wood-fired apple tart (additional charge and by reservation only)

Become a pastry chef for an afternoon! Prepare a delicious tart with apples from the Vergers de Jagny orchards (95), help bake it in the wood-fired oven, and enjoy it together.

• 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM: Guided tour of our farm and its crops (subject to change)
