Discover the art of artisanal pizza-making by making and baking your own over a wood-fired oven!

How it works :

• You'll be greeted by one of the farm's animators over a hot drink.
• The workshop begins with the preparation of pizza dough, which you'll learn to knead and shape.
• During the leavening, you'll enjoy a special guided tour of the farm. You'll meet our animals (sheep, goats, pigs, rabbits, chickens, donkeys, horses and turkeys), which you can pet and feed. Depending on the season, you can stroll through our fields and large greenhouses. You'll even be able to munch on a few cherry tomatoes, and even chillies for the bravest! You can explore the farm's Museum, which traces the evolution of market gardening techniques and displays our unique collection of antique farming artefacts.
• Once the dough is ready, you can let your imagination run wild as you pair up to make your own pizza. Using a wide variety of ingredients suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets, you'll prepare gourmet pizzas.
• You'll then take part in cooking your pizza over a wood fire, bringing out all its flavor!
• You'll enjoy your preparations as a group, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

The workshop

There's no parking at the farm, so allow plenty of time to find parking or come by public transport.
