Discover the Gardening Workshop at the Ferme de Gally in Saint-Denis and get your hands dirty to become a true budding gardener!

For 45 minutes, children will explore the plants, vegetables, and fruits on our farm as they wander through our fields, greenhouses, and market. They’ll then learn about the needs of plants and the concept of seasonality. Using biodegradable pots, the children will repot an herb—which they’ll need to take good care of at home—and sow seeds for our market gardeners.

Included with ticket purchase:

Access to the entire farm and its animals: goats, sheep, pigs, a horse, a donkey, rabbits, and chickens.
Access to the museum to discover farming techniques of the past, present, and future through an exhibition of antique tools and vintage videos filmed by the farm’s former market gardeners.
Every day around 5:30 p.m., children can enter the animal enclosures accompanied by a staff member.

Everything went very well. We're used to going there, it's just a pity that the website doesn't list tickets and workshops for PRMs, so we don't know whether to buy a ticket or not. At the reception desk it's the same thing, if you find an experienced person, they tell you it's free for PRMs and accompanying persons only, and another person says tickets with reduced rate, and on the site it's the last straw, no information at all. It would be nice to think about this, to come to an agreement, to confirm and set clear conditions for this type of situation. It's nice for the customer, especially when you're a regular - I don't know where to start! And it's great for the staff, who don't always know what to say! When it comes to the website, it's good to have at least one sentence on it: "type modalité au comptoirs ou tel tarif sous présentation de justificatif ou aller plus loin joindre un document...".

the granddaughters were so sorry, I had to cancel the activity they'd been dreaming of doing on May 18! they cried and made me promise to sign them up again as soon as possible! they're "hooked" on all the farm activities, and can't wait for the wool workshop, they loved the paper, butter and bread! I'd better keep my promise!

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the activity starts.
There is no parking at the farm, so please allow time to find parking or to come by public transport.
