During the February break, check out the Bird Feeder Workshop at the Ferme de Gally in Saint-Denis!

For 45 minutes, children will meet the farm’s birds: the chickens, Glouglou the turkey, the Indian runner ducks, and our guinea fowl in three different colors! They’ll take the time to pet them and observe them up close to better understand them. They’ll then be able to watch other birds—flying over our vegetable fields or perched on the backs of sheep—and discover the birds of the local landscape. They’ll then make a natural bird feeder using seeds and pine cones—perfect for attracting birds to your balcony and providing them with treats during the winter!

Included with ticket purchase:

• Access to the entire farm and its animals: goats, sheep, pigs, a horse, a donkey, rabbits, chickens, ducks, and guinea fowl.
• Access to the museum to discover farming techniques of the past, present, and future through an exhibition of antique tools and vintage videos filmed by the farm’s former market gardeners.
• At 3: 00 p.m. (except on Wednesdays) and 5: 30 p.m., children can enter the animal enclosures accompanied by a staff member.

There is no parking at the farm, so please allow extra time to find a parking spot or come by public transportation.
